(Tea Party 247) – The next five weeks will be crucial for the fate of our nation.
It is time for all patriots to do whatever they can to prevent a Democrat victory in what is now twin political campaigns: the effort to elect Joe Biden and the effort to stop the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
The Democrats are going to throw everything they’ve got at these two campaigns.
But the White House is already ahead of them. Are you ready to join them?
Fox News has been told, according to reports, that the Trump administration is ready with “knife fighters” to counter attacks on Barrett, who POTUS nominated to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court.
A senior official told the outlet that we can undoubtedly expect attacks from every angle when the confirmation hearing gets started.
“We will need to be knife fighters with the opposition, and will be prepared to marshal information quickly, and disseminate it to push back on any false narratives or attacks on her and her family, because we anticipate, unfortunately, that Democrats will go there,” the official told Fox News.
“So we’re mounting an offensive strategy on her behalf because she is such an incredible and inspiring nominee. We’ll be defending her fiercely every day.”
We all remember what happened when the Senate confirmed now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
It was one of the lowest points of an era filled with low points in politicking.
The left sought to completely destroy the credibility and career of a man who had served as a federal judge for years, already been confirmed by the Senate to lower courts, and had a stellar record and reputation on both sides of the aisle.
Before the Trump era, Justices were confirmed near-unanimously by the Senate.
Now, SCOTUS picks, which should be based entirely on judicial philosophy and not politics, have turned not only into political battles, but political circuses.
Or maybe “dumpster fire” would be more accurate.
On Saturday, much to the hysterical chagrin of the left, Trump formally nominated Barret to replace Ginsburg.
The Republicans, who control the Senate, plan to move forward with the nomination process before the November 3 election.
The left, still remembering when a Republican-controlled Senate declined to confirm Democrat Trump predecessor, Barack Obama’s SCOTUS pick ahead of the 2016 election, are borderline calling for violence to prevent Barrett’s confirmation.
Sen. Maize Hirono (D-HI) has ominously threatened “consequences” should the Senate move to vote on Barrett.
