(Tea Party 247) – While Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has formally congratulated “president-elect” Joe Biden despite ongoing legal challenges to the outcome of the U.S. presidential election, he’s definitely not ready to let Biden think he’s running the show.
The American Democratic Party has been increasingly adversarial to the interest of our important Middle Eastern ally, the state of Israel.
This is to say nothing of the raging antisemitism that is inextricably linked to the rising far-left socialism the establishment wing of the party seems to have been powerless to stop with the rise of the likes of AOC and Ilhan Omar.
There is also, of course, the little matter of the terrible, awful, no good Iran Deal brokered by Biden and former President Obama when the two were at the helm of our nation.
Netanyahu has not forgotten the stark contrast made between Trump administration and its predecessors, and he is firing a warning shot at the “president-elect” should he formally be sworn into office.
On Sunday, the Israeli Prime Minister warned Biden that his nation will oppose any attempts to reinstate the Iran deal, which was ended by Trump.
“Do not return to the previous nuclear deal,” Netanyahu said.
He was making comments at a memorial service for Israel’s first prime minister, David Ben-Gurion.
“We must stick to an uncompromising policy to ensure that Iran does not develop nuclear weapons,” he added.
Netanyahu characterized Israel’s “categorical position against Iran’s nuclearization” and its opposition to the nuclear deal as being instrumental in the recent wave of Arab nations who have dramatically reformed their attitudes towards the Jewish state.
Biden has already called for the U.S. to revert to the ill-fated nuclear deal which was known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) between Iran and major world powers.

President Donald Trump withdrew the U.S. from the deal in May of 2018, instead imposing dramatic sanctions on the Islamist state.
It is unlikely that the ayatollah regime could last much longer under such sanctions and Iran has already said that, should they agree to such a deal again, it would have to include compensation for the damage caused by Trump’s sanctions.
This is a nation, by the way, that commits terrible human rights abuses including imposing strict Islamic laws on women, Jews, and Christians.
We’re not talking about a friendly, like-minded Western ally.
This is a crooked and corrupt regime with nothing but its own tyrannical interest at heart.
