Here’s A Report Pro-Facemask Leftists Would Prefer You Not To Read…

(Tea Party 247) – Leftists have become zealous facemask supporters since the outbreak of the coronavirus in the US and Democrat leaders made them the hot accessory of the year. Not only are facemasks going to save us all from the coronavirus, according to the left, they also come equipped with fashionable righteous indignation and moral superiority.

If you attempt to use your brain to think for yourself and do even just a minimal amount of research, you’ll find out that facemasks really don’t provide the level of protection leftists assert they do. There is no scientific or medical evidence to support facemasks being forced on all of us yet residents of some states are being turned away from stores for not conforming.

Residents in some states are being forced to wear masks in order to buy groceries or other essential items thanks to stores complying with illegal government orders that everyone must wear one. If facemasks are the solution to slowing the spread of the virus, why are so many states still oppressing residents with draconian lockdown orders if we can all just wear facemasks? It’s utter lunacy.

Should you attempt to take to social media to sound the alarm on the ineffectiveness of facemasks and the absurdity of being forced to wear one, you will be immediately descended upon by lock-step leftists armed with their faux morality cards who will insist you are a selfish, horrible person with zero regard for human life (despite them likely being “pro-abortion) and that you must want people to die.

It doesn’t seem to matter how much conflicting information is out there in regards to facemasks. Liberals have made this their hill to die on.

Now, there’s even more medical testimony against the use of facemasks for healthy people. Neurosurgeon, Dr. Russell Blaylock, has written an editorial in which he asserts that “masks pose serious risks to the healthy.”

Since the left touts themselves as being “pro-science” perhaps they might be interested in Dr. Blaylock’s assertion that there is no scientific evidence to suggest that facemasks are effective against the transmission of COVID-19. If only they’d dig their heads up from the sands of faux moral outrage they might actually learn something.

Blaylock says in his editorial for Technocracy:

As for the scientific support for the use of face mask, a recent careful examination of the literature, in which 17 of the best studies were analyzed, concluded that, “None of the studies established a conclusive relationship between mask/respirator use and protection against influenza infection.”   Keep in mind, no studies have been done to demonstrate that either a cloth mask or the N95 mask has any effect on transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Any recommendations, therefore, have to be based on studies of influenza virus transmission. And, as you have seen, there is no conclusive evidence of their efficiency in controlling flu virus transmission.

It is also instructive to know that until recently, the CDC did not recommend wearing a face mask or covering of any kind, unless a person was known to be infected, that is, until recently. Non-infected people need not wear a mask. When a person has TB we have them wear a mask, not the entire community of non-infected. The recommendations by the CDC and the WHO are not based on any studies of this virus and have never been used to contain any other virus pandemic or epidemic in history.

Now that we’ve established the sheer nonsense of the facemask, this is what Blaylock says will happen to those who wear them:

Now that we have established that there is no scientific evidence necessitating the wearing of a face mask for prevention, are there dangers to wearing a face mask, especially for long periods? Several studies have indeed found significant problems with wearing such a mask. This can vary from headaches, to increased airway resistance, carbon dioxide accumulation, to hypoxia, all the way to serious life-threatening complications.

Liberals lack actual evidence to support wearing facemasks whereas Blaylock provides real studies to back up his claims:

In one such study, researchers surveyed 212 healthcare workers (47 males and 165 females) asking about presence of headaches with N95 mask use, duration of the headaches, type of headaches and if the person had preexisting headaches.

They found that about a third of the workers developed headaches with use of the mask, most had preexisting headaches that were worsened by the mask wearing, and 60% required pain medications for relief. As to the cause of the headaches, while straps and pressure from the mask could be causative, the bulk of the evidence points toward hypoxia and/or hypercapnia as the cause. That is, a reduction in blood oxygenation (hypoxia) or an elevation in blood C02 (hypercapnia). It is known that the N95 mask, if worn for hours, can reduce blood oxygenation as much as 20%, which can lead to a loss of consciousness, as happened to the hapless fellow driving around alone in his car wearing an N95 mask, causing him to pass out, and to crash his car and sustain injuries. I am sure that we have several cases of elderly individuals or any person with poor lung function passing out, hitting their head. This, of course, can lead to death.

A more recent study involving 159 healthcare workers aged 21 to 35 years of age found that 81% developed headaches from wearing a face mask. Some had pre-existing headaches that were precipitated by the masks. All felt like the headaches affected their work performance.

Blaylock says studies have also shown that face masks impair oxygen intake dramatically, potentially leading to serious problems:

Studies have shown that hypoxia can inhibit the type of main immune cells used to fight viral infections called the CD4+ T-lymphocyte. This occurs because the hypoxia increases the level of a compound called hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1), which inhibits T-lymphocytes and stimulates a powerful immune inhibitor cell called the Tregs. . This sets the stage for contracting any infection, including COVID-19 and making the consequences of that infection much graver. In essence, your mask may very well put you at an increased risk of infections and if so, having a much worse outcome.

In other words, if you wear a face mask and end up contracting some sickness, chances are you will not be able to effectively fight it off as you could if you had normal blood oxygen levels. In layman’s terms: the mask could make you sicker. It could also create a “deadly cytokine storm” in some:

There is another danger to wearing these masks on a daily basis, especially if worn for several hours. When a person is infected with a respiratory virus, they will expel some of the virus with each breath. If they are wearing a mask, especially an N95 mask or other tightly fitting mask, they will be constantly rebreathing the viruses, raising the concentration of the virus in the lungs and the nasal passages. We know that people who have the worst reactions to the coronavirus have the highest concentrations of the virus early on. And this leads to the deadly cytokine storm in a selected number.

That’s not it. According to Blaylock facemasks could make conditions such as stroke, heart attacks and cancer worse:

People with cancer, especially if the cancer has spread, will be at a further risk from prolonged hypoxia as the cancer grows best in a microenvironment that is low in oxygen. Low oxygen also promotes inflammation which can promote the growth, invasion and spread of cancers. Repeated episodes of hypoxia has been proposed as a significant factor in atherosclerosis and hence increases all cardiovascular (heart attacks) and cerebrovascular (strokes) diseases.

Shockingly, that’s not even the worst of it. How would you like to have COVID-19 in your brain?

It gets even more frightening. Newer evidence suggests that in some cases the virus can enter the brain. In most instances it enters the brain by way of the olfactory nerves (smell nerves), which connect directly with the area of the brain dealing with recent memory and memory consolidation. By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.

It’s time for liberals to wake up and stop listening only to people that support their own agendas and pre-conceived notions. Dr. Blaylock is a doctor just the same as Dr. Fauci yet Dr. Facui seems to be the only medical authority qualified to speak on matters concerning national health safety.

Share this information far and wide. It may help a liberal near you.

  1. There was a jogger in China recently who suffered a collapsed lung while wearing a mask. Not sure of the cause and effect there but it cannot be healthy wearing one while jogging or otherwise working out. Increased CO2 is an obvious issue. I wear one only when in a store, a cab, or other public transportation ie. only when close contact with people is unavoidable.

Right now BOTH VIRUSES are reported as ONE IN THE SAME. And they are NOT.
If the TRUTH was told to the PUBLIC. Then the INDIVIDUALS that need to TAKE PRECAUTIONS can. And the REST of the POPULATION can exercise REALISTIC health and hygiene practices.

To do so would HELP THE MAJORITY!
But the PERSONS that PROFIT from these FALSEHOODS would not make as much MONEY. Nor would THEY have TOTAL CONTROL over others. This, their ALTIMENT GOAL!

  3. there was something i thought wouldnt be possible but Now I know how a civil war can happen in this country. Masked vs unmasked.

    • Your comment proves what little intelligence you possess and how far you would go to politicize this pandemic just to justify a civil war. What happened to you? Are you too stupid to listen to what you are implying or justifying just to prove your point? Are you actually that possessed of your own ideological arguments that you would be willing to kill your own family, friends or countrymen just because they prefer to wear a mask. What lunatic or influence brought you to this conclusion? In my book you are the tyrant and a sociopath.

    • This is for Anthony E. Please wear a mask. It’s like when I see people smoking. PLEASE smoke more, more , more if you are that stupid to willfuly smoke and it is known to give you cancer then it is a way to eliminate dumb people.

Same way with the masks. I put it on at the point of the door and take it off the instant I get out and turn around a smile at the door guards. 🙂

  4. Don’t politicize the wearing of masks. Although you do need a good one. How do ALL the healthcare workers knee deep in corona virus avoid catching it???? An airborne virus???
It’s not magically transmitted from human to human.
The surgical masks most people wear are probably not 100% effective. And I’ve tried those, even blocking 60% of the inhaled air like they do, they do make exertion more challenging.
Have worn OSHA masks that filter to single molecule size and unloaded multiple semi trucks while doing that. By hand.
Or are you saying no need for OSHA masks either???
This is where the Republicans start to lose people. If you ask me.

  5. You are using face masks as if I’m a non Trump supporter. If they offer even minimal protection by coughing or sneezing into them and not affecting others they should be worn. You are suggesting that nurses shouldn’t even wear them. Idiots. How dare you turn face masks into something political! I work in a hospital, I choose to wear one when I have to grocery shop. They didn’t recommend them at first because there weren’t enough of the them for the medical field. Then they had a lot of people sewing homemade masks. You are the reason I am rediculed in public. Using them for your own personal gain. I’m a Trump supporter. You need to dump the war on face masks. Medical professionals have worn them for years for a reason!! I had a sneeze come out of nowhere when I was grocery shopping, what if I became symptomatic at that time. I was Happy to have a mask on. Working in a hospital, how would you like me to be shopping with you, and I start coughing and sneezing?

  6. Face masks are designed to be used in a sterile field setting. Wearing them outside and routinely does not protect you from anything! You show me the science to the contrary.

    • It’s not about science Jan. It’s about personal rights and the right of an individual to feel safe in public. I prefer not to wear a mask but if the business I enter decides to follow the mandate then that is their choice and my choice is to comply or refuse to enter the business. It’s that simple. Some businesses have decided to not enforce the mandate as well and that is their choice. In this case customers who wear a mask will have to deal with that choice as well. It’s that simple. So in the mean time please quit trying to politicize this issue. This is about individual rights and not everyone will agree with your opinion which is their right. You are not the final word and neither is science or a political mandate for that matter.
Note: if this science came from the mouth of a Democrat or liberal I doubt you would give it any credence. Have you thought about the possibility of that happening in this case?

  7. Useless, worthless ploy to see how many sheep are going to comply. I, for one, will not comply–never!!!

  8. When I’m wearing a mask and I exhale, my glasses fog up. That tells me something unnatural is going on. I must be inhaling a lot of stale air. So I carry a mask everywhere I go, but only use it where required such as a military exchange or commissary and Costco. Otherwise, it stays in my pocket.

A little off subject: I think President Trump has done a magnificent job managing this pandemic, given the information that he’s been provided with. However, I think he has made one colossal mistake. That’s listening to a career government epidemiologist and putting the guy center stage as THE expert. It’s time for the president to put Dr. Fauci aside and listen to a number of other epidemiologists in private practice to have different idea’s.

    • The guy has been working on a cure for aids for 40 years….what’s next the common cold!

  9. You talk about the”problems” that come from wearing a mask, face covering etc and how this is being “forced” on people What two Ads do I see on your page… The selling of face masks.
Sorry folks but you Can’t have it both ways.

    • Exactly. It comes down to free enterprise and an open economy. This is what free speech is about. To wear a mask or not to wear a mask that is the question. However, IMO, let the private businesses decide on how to approach this. The liability begins at the customer entrance and unless you’re willing to sign a waiver to forgo any liability, should you contract the virus, then you should comply because it’s not about your rights in this case. It begins with the owner(s).

  10. a FACEMASK is good for being a, UHHH . . . facemask! – nothing more. One Enlightened Patriot. Team Trump and his allies 2020.

  11. There is much doubt about Face mask doing much to protect the wearer. It may be some protection for others. In fact it probably causes more damage to the wearer, than if he wore no face mask. If you
have ever used a CPAP machine you know it makes it harder to overcome a common cold! It is no more than a face mask that forces air and moister into your air passages, but also gives viruses and germs a big boost!

  12. I am not a leftist, but I will continue to wear a mask…If the masks were as ineffective as you have stated, then WHY does everyone in the hospital wear a mask ? Citizens are asked to wear masks when they enter a hospital, we are asked to wear a mask when we go to a doctor’s office, and many more places ? Many people do not know they have the virus and by not wearing a mask will eventually spread the virus…
So please don’t lecture people about wearing masks…And STOP making this a Left or Right thing…

    • Mask has been, historically, for the infected not to spread infection, NOT for healthy to avoid infections. Surgical staff wear masks to prevent infection in patient in surgery; patient does NOT wear mask to protect staff.

    • It is a matter of personal choice. This should not be politicized. Neither side is right to attack the other. The only difference is whether a private business will accept the liability in refusing to enforce a mandate or would choose to require masks in order to avoid liability. It’s that simple.

  13. Statistics show facwmasks do work in Japan where anyone suffering with a cold dons a facemask…please everyone wear one…..don’t make it a huge issue…(covers up many ugly mugs also!)

  14. Remember the in with the good air out with the bad air. I sleep with a fan with moves fresh air across me pushing the exhaled air away. I find I sleep better and don’t get headaches. When I drove over the road trucks, I found it was especially important to blow fresh air to where my head laid in the sleeper. I used to get bad headaches then I started circulating fresh air. The headaches went away. Wearing a mask, just the short time I wear it at the wound care clinic. Which is from the time I enter the building until the the I exit, I feel I am not getting enough oxygen. As soon as I exit the building the mask comes off and I’m taking deep breaths. I am no stranger to masks having used in the painting business.during chemical applications on the farm and working with insulation. Each time when the air was clear enough to breath, the mask would come off and I would be taking deep breaths. I believe masks can affect the quality of air you breath and not always for the good.

  15. While I agree whole heartily with Blaylock, why this bullshit from this phony Emma and Julia. By posting this shit along with good and true informating you degrade your credibility. SHAME!!!.

  16. My wife & I are both 80 and my wife especially is very much at risk, with heart disease, lung disease, & diabetes & therefore I will continue to wear a mask. You arrogantly suggest this practice has something to do with political parties. I am very conservative (by definition, I wear suspenders & a belt) & not at all a leftist. I am greatly offended by your attitude. While it may not be possible to prove that there is any more safety when wearing a mask, one has to ask why during flu season the hospitals & doctors offices ask that anyone with a cough wear a mask. While I would not want to mandate everyone wearing a mask, I don’t want to be exposed to people like yourself who belittle those of us who choose to exercise that option to perhaps achieve an extra little protection, regardless of how little it might be.

Go do a little self examination & see if you don’t recognize how arrogant & self-righteous your attitude really is.

    • I’m 70, a diabetic, have neuropathy, i’m anemic, and have other minor infections, One put me in the hospital for 7 days. Ironically my lungs are good and so is my heart, except for the occasional afib.I am in the the high risk group, I go to work 5 days a week,I am considered essential because I’m ag and transportation. I only wear a mask when required, which is not often. Coronavirus is not air born. It must travel on moisture. I have been reading all the articles from researchers and medical doctors and I’m in some doctor’s office about once a week and found the conscientious to agree with this article, that stay at home orders and face masks have very little affect. An example is during the height of the flue season, it is cold out side and we spend most of our time indoors in sealed up houses. If you are not comfortable going without a mask or being around other people that is your chose. There are a lot of people who aren’t. But don’t judge me because I have done a lot of research on the COVID-19, Which by the way, have 7 strains. The first three are animal related the last 3 have been mutated to effect humans.Lastly coronavirus has been in this country for years. Many people have had it and never knew. The numbers of people who had COVID-19 assisted death veriest from day to day . CDC revision last week as of May 1st, Came down from over 70,000 to a little over 37,000 and that may be high. With the number of those affected that puts the deaths below .01% when you consider flue is at .017 annually.I don’t fault your beliefs and I feel that I should be given the same.

    • Frank amen to you. Ignore Jack Kiffer. He’s a poor excuse for a conservative. He’s only proven that his ideology has surpassed inhumane limits. He’s a poor excuse for an American and probably only dreams of dividing the country for his own selfish motives.
