(Tea Party 247) – These days, everyone seems to think it’s totally fine for children to have surgery and receive hormone treatments because it “validates” their “identify.”
However, the tides are turning. People are starting to get bolder in standing up to this far-flung gender insanity, because it’s starting to become apparent how dangerous this really is for children.
Activist Mommy reports:
In Texas, in the wake of the horrifying case of a 7-year-old boy whose mother insists is a girl and got very close to convincing a court to restrict his father from having any say in the child’s “transition,” Governor Greg Abbot personally intervened to make sure that CPS and the Texas Attorney General would be involved.
FYI the matter of 7 year old James Younger is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. #JamesYounger

After Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) also expressed horror at the case, Texas State Rep. Matt Krause announced that he would be introducing legislation prohibiting the use of puberty blockers for children under the age of 18.
Absent a special session between now & the the 87th Session, I will introduce legislation that prohibits the use of puberty blockers in these situations for children under 18. We missed our opportunity to do so in the 86th Session. We won’t miss the next one. #savejamesyounger https://t.co/BpbGDPwujZ

Now, a lawmaker in Georgia has suggested that in her state, anyone who helps a child “transition” should face very harsh penalties.
A Cobb County lawmaker wants to make it a felony for medical professionals to help a minor with gender transition.
State Rep. Ginny Ehrhart, R-Powder Springs, said the legislation aims to protect children from having irreversible procedures done when they are young. Current law requires a parent to consent to surgery or for a minor to be prescribed medication.
While the bill is still being drafted, Ehrhart said Georgia medical providers who perform surgeries or administer or prescribe medications that assist minors with gender transition could be charged with a felony. The legislation would not affect doctors working with adults who seek to undergo gender transition.
“We’re talking about children that can’t get a tattoo or smoke a cigar or a cigarette in the state of Georgia but can be castrated and get sterilized,” she said.
Ehrhart last year defeated Democratic opponent Jen Slipakoff, who often spoke of her transgender daughter during campaign events.
This would be very good for our country.
We need to stop the serious damaging effects of gender theory. Children are not lab rats, and no decent nation can consent to seeing their children castrated and warped beyond reversal all because some crazy cultural Marxists have convinced a bunch of people that it’s somehow helpful for children.
