Failed NFL Quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s Comments On Riots After Death Of George Floyd Are Disgusting, Yet He’s Still On Social Media…

(Tea Party 247) – Failed NFL quarterback and obnoxious political activist Colin Kaepernick — the guy who started that whole ridiculous “take a knee during the National Anthem” nonsense – is back at it again, saying ridiculous things on social media, saying that now is the time to “fight back” after the tragic death of George Floyd at the hands of a white police officer.

Kaepernick spoke of the protests and rioting that’s currently threatening to burn Minneapolis to the ground by tweeting out on Thursday, “when civility leads to death, revolting is the only logical reaction.”

That’s right, ladies and gentlemen. Kaepernick just justified violence and criminal activity instead of peaceful protesting to bring attention to the cause and win hearts and minds.

Here’s more from Newsmax:

“The cries for peace will rain down, and when they do, they will land on deaf ears, because your violence has brought this resistance,” he wrote. “We have the right to fight back!”

Floyd’s death has elicited outrage from across the sports world, including condemnation from LeBron James, Odell Beckham Jr., and Steve Kerr, Fox News noted.

Four officers involved in Floyds’s deadly arrest were fired. The Justice Department announced earlier Thursday it would launch an investigation into the matter.

Kaepernick is a highly influential person with a huge following on social media, which means he has massive sway over the individuals who follow him. Instead of using his cultural power to bring peace and encourage folks to protest this incident the right way, he stokes the fires of violence. He’s crossing a dangerous line here. Does he really want to be responsible for the activities going on in Minneapolis? What if his words cause someone to get hurt or killed? Would that matter to him, or is blood a proper price to pay for his “cause?”

Here’s a bit more from Fox News:

Kaepernick has been the face of the athlete-activist movement since he kneeled during the national anthem in 2016 to raise awareness for social justice issues across the U.S.

Floyd’s death sparked a lot of reactions across the sports world, drawing comments from LeBron James, Odell Beckham Jr., Steve Kerr and others.

Four officers involved in the deadly incident were fired. The Justice Department announced earlier Thursday it would launch an investigation into the matter.

This incident is absolutely awful. Law enforcement officers who behave the way those involved in the Floyd situation behaved deserve criminal prosecution. Period. That being said, if there is some sort of systemic problem going on here, then those who see this need to raise awareness and win hearts and minds to the facts by presenting solid evidence and good arguments.

Doing this sort of thing only creates more division and hatred. That’s the last thing we need. No more hate. No more violence. Let’s be the great nation we know we are and can be, helping one another to achieve unity and harmony. The color of a person’s skin does not determine their worth, which is a statement we should all be able to get behind.

  1. Kaepernick is racist. Definitely would say he is a cry baby. You won’t get any praise from me. Tired of your mouth******* Just go away!

  2. Kaepernick is the ultimate poor sport. He is the worlds biggest baby and absolute poor loser. He was not good enough to be a starting quarterback in the NFL and SF 49ers knew it. So they replaced him- the smart thing to do. Kaepernick started crying about not being treated properly, decided to get some notoriety by disgracefully kneeling during the playing of the national anthem. SF 49ers did not do anything to Kaepernick. At the end of the season Kaepernick opt out of his contract. He went looking for a starting quarterback job and pay. He was not good enough to start in the NFL. He declined many offers to be a back-up. Not good enough for Kaepernick- not enough pay. Well no one had interest in him as a starter because he was not good enough to be a starter in the NFL. All the crying; all the racism claims; all BS. The issue is plain and simple Kaepernick was never good enough to be a starting quarterback in the NFL. So every chance he gets he plays the race and prejudice claims. Again what a baby. YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGh TO BE STARTING QUARTERBACK LIVE WITH IT GROW UP
