(Tea Party 247) – A former Palm Beach County woman is suing the estate of the late Jeffrey Epstein in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, claiming to have been sexually assaulted by the notorious pedophile when she was only 14 years old.
The unidentified woman, the Palm Beach Post reports, is identified in court documents as JJ Doe and is among more than a dozen women who have also filed suit against the financier’s $577 million estate after Epstein was found dead in his New York City jail cell in August while awaiting trial for dozens of child trafficking charges.
The cause of Epstein’s death has been so seriously under scrutiny by the general American public, that this Christmas season, “Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself” gifts were all the rage.
Meanwhile, his co-conspirators are still at large while his victims are left with no justice and potential murderers at large.
This lawsuit is the first to be filed against the estate in circuit court in Palm Beach County, the outlet notes.
This is the same circuit court where Epstein was allowed to plead guilty to two prostitution charges even though over a dozen underage victims had accused him of molesting them at his famous Palm Beach mansion.
The paper notes:
In the lawsuit, the woman claims she was lured to Epstein’s mansion on El Brillo Way in 2003 with the promise of earning $200 to give him a massage. It was one of Epstein’s favorite ruses, Fort Lauderdale attorney Brad Edwards claims.
Once there, Epstein demanded that she take off her clothes, Edwards says in the suit. Epstein fondled her breasts and vagina while he masturbated, the attorney wrote in the lawsuit filed over the Christmas holiday.
“During the encounter, (JJ Doe) resisted Jeffrey Epstein’s advances and demands, yet was assured if she complied then he would stop and it would end soon,” Edwards wrote.
Along with paying the then-young woman $200, he paid the same amount to another young girl who had recruited JJ Doe after she was also molested by Epstein, Edwards said.
However, while some of Epstein’s alleged victims are demanding as much as $100 million for being subject to his abuse, JJ Doe is not seeking a specific amount.
Edwards said in an email that JJ Doe is not among the dozens of women who were interviewed by the Palm Beach police and described encounters similar to those described in the lawsuit.
He has also filed suit in New York on behalf of other women who say they were molested in Epstein in his notorious mansion or elsewhere in his other properties.
