Disturbing: Are The Green Bay Packers Promoting Ethnic Cleansing?!

(Tea Party 247) – The Green Bay Packers Foundation is drawing much-deserved criticism after awarding a grant to Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin.

Now, you may be anti-abortion and still think it could be a bit dramatic to assert that these efforts echo the actions and beliefs of the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, who was adamant that her efforts were meant, in part, to control the populations of poor black and Latino Americans in the progressive era of the 30s.

But when you hear why they wanted to donate this grant to the nation’s biggest abortion mill, you might see why I’m leaning this way.

The group Pro-Life Wisconsin first drew attention to the Packers’ grant, which, as the team’s foundation explained, was meant to help “Latino families.”

To help them not have babies, of course.

“If the Green Bay Packers Foundation truly wanted to promote families and ensure the safety of children, they would not be financially investing in an organization that violently destroys children’s lives each and every day,” said Pro-Life Wisconsin in a Facebook post Sunday:

The pro-life group also created a petition which explains:

The Green Bay Packers Foundation was founded in 1986 by Judge Robert J. Parins with a mission to ‘support charities possessing one or more of the following goals: perpetuates a community environment that promotes families and the competitive value of athletics; contributes to player and fan welfare; ensures the safety and education of children; and/or prevents cruelty to animals.’

The grant awarded to Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin Inc, Milwaukee, directly contradicts this mission.

Dan Miller, state director of Pro-Life Wisconsin (PLW) said in a letter to the Green Bay Packers Foundation:

Any perceived benefit Planned Parenthood provides to society is wiped out every time they kill a baby, which in their case is 4,639 times a year in Wisconsin alone. In just one day, they wipe out the approximate equivalent of an entire football team.

Pro-Life Wisconsin also noted that, with the grant to Planned Parenthood, the Packers are engaging in “unintended racist implications.”

The CCmáS initiative funded by the Green Bay Packers Foundation is not serving the Latino population of southeastern…

“If Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin truly wants to help, it can refrain from killing 8.6% of the Hispanic population as it has done for nearly five decades,” they declare.

Aaron Popkey, director of public affairs for the Packers, shot back in a statement:

The grant you reference is for Planned Parenthood of Milwaukee’s Cuidándonos Creceremos más Sanos (CCmáS) program, which means ‘growing healthier together.’ It is dedicated to reaching Latino families in southeastern Wisconsin, an underserved population, with language and culturally specific health education they would not normally receive. The Packers and the foundation certainly understand there are individuals who disagree with some aspect of one or more of the 2,800 organizations that have been supported since 1986. The organization respects those views. Grant applications are considered specific to their initiatives and do not necessarily imply endorsement of other actions by the organizations.

“Unfortunately this initiative (CCmáS) is not only tied to the state’s largest abortion provider, but furthermore continues to perpetuate the systemic racism that Planned Parenthood has promoted for over a century—something the Green Bay Packers Foundation has seemingly overlooked,” said Anna DeMeuse, Pro-Life Wisconsin communications director. “The Green Bay Packers Foundation’s defense of their egregious donation to Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin shows just how out of touch they are with the reality of what Planned Parenthood stands for.”

  1. Listen Pack,…………..always loved your team since the Lombardi days and I.m from NY…….Improve your game and forget politics…….not as sharp as last year and it shows……Politics…….a ridiculous avocation

    • So killing their children is the solution? You “encourage” women to kill their own innocent children. Killing an innocent child is murder. Or maybe you can point out the crime that they’re guilty of. Doesn’t that action make you illegitimate that you can’t? The worst thing is that those who have been fortunate to be allowed into this life, then turn and deny it to others. That’s selfish. And being selfish then, please don’t act like you care about the “blacks and latinos”. You don’t.

  2. This course of action by the Democrats is well explained in the following two resources. If you really want to understand what is going on in our government (our Country), I urge (even beg) you to read Andrew Breibart’s book called “Righteous Indignation” or at least watch Glenn Beck’s recent video called “The Democrat Hydra” on YouTube. Glenn’s video provides factual documents and text messages obtained through the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) and not conspiracy theory. If you agree Glenn’s information is correct, you can do your part like I am by spreading it around. Do as others have done, copy this entire comment and paste it in your social media networks. Yes, I keep posting this in hopes to reach new readers. We need to do something, not just talk about it. This is a well organized strategy by the Deep State and there is proof if you are willing to research it.

  3. No one is forced to go to planned parenthood and so don’t know why there is so much debate about it. It is there like any other negative part of our society but it is the individuals decision to go there. We need to either pass laws to outlaw what they are doing or it is useless it debate it to death.

  4. Life is a wonderful thing
    Death is horrible

Don’t kill babies! That is not nice, that is not Godly
Be human as God intended humans to be.

To the Green Bay Packer Foundation
Give your money and prayers to pro life groups not pro death groups, be human as God intended.

  5. Sixty million babies have been killed by abortion in the United States since the 1973 supreme court decision. How many more do we have to kill before we understand that all life is sacred and must be protected from the womb to the tomb. Wake up Americans. For all you who think abortion is a good idea, get down on your knees and thank God for your mother.

  6. As a life long fan and shareholder, this is deeply disturbing. I don’t understand why the Packer Organization would ever think that donating to a hot button political and emotional organization such as Planned Parenthood, is ever a good idea!! Keep any donation neutral like Make-A-Wish, Salvation Army, or Wounded Warriors!! Stay away from organizations that deal in aborting human life.

BTW, the ‘Its my body” argument holds no weight since an unborn baby isn’t part of the mothers body, they simply need the mother to develop.

  7. I played football from PeeWee league through college got a four year ride in exchange for a BSIE. I love the game, but about three years ago I stopped watching football other then college.
The minute a football player gets involved with religion or politics I’m done. I haven’t watched a NFL game since.
Now NFL teams are supporting the nations #1 legal killing machine, God help us.

  8. How come climate change never kills Climate Change Alarmists? Ever see a headline “100’s of Climate Change Alarmists found dead hugging polar bears “ Me either To bad!

  9. I do not support Planned Parenthood that encourages abortions. I support birth control BUT NOT abortions. Shame on the Packers.

  10. This is what happens when the liberals take over a foundation, one of their gals to allow them to control more money and what happens to it. What needs to happen is the foundation needs a new board with a focus on what the foundatioon and the Packers stand for.

  11. As a resident of Green Bay and lifelong fan of the Packers living now in Florida I am totally shocked and discusted in any grant going to Planned Parenthood. This sickens me.

  12. Perhaps they’re typical liberals and this is their way of hiding their true intentions of reducing the illegal alien population in Wisconsin. From what I understand Wisconsin has a lot of illegal aliens working in agriculture and the meatpacking industry, so oddly these illegal aliens working in the meatpacking industry would be considered “Packers”.

  13. used to be no problem what team to go for when the Packers were playing.GO PACK GO but if the Pack is going the way of supporting abortion my team will not be the pack anymore but the team that will be playing them.

  14. IDK, you don’t mention who in the Organization donated it, and if the owners knew about it. I think this story is a bit of a stretch. Where they pressured into it?, But either way I don’t think the Packers should donate to any pro abortion group, it’s just plain wrong

    • I’m sure not all of the owners knew about it, considering the Packers are owned by the city of Green Bay. I expect someone to get fired for this, but I could be wrong.

  15. Safety and education for children! I believe I read that in their mission statement.
What is wrong with these people?
God save us all from the fools without souls.

  16. To provide health education?? – They think Planned Parenthood – which doesn’t educate people about anything other than abortion, birth control, and maybe STDs – is the best thing they could donate to for getting people health education??? That’s absurd.
And yeah, I’d say they’re in violation of their own mission statement, since I’m pretty sure that abortions don’t help to ensure the safety of children…kind of the exact opposite.

  17. Unfortunately I once saw a video showing an abortion. I wish I hadn’t. How sad that there are so called doctors that don’t mind ripping and tearing a baby apart. Read something recently on live abortions, with the doctor saying he was fine with it. etc etc etc

  18. This latest information reinforces the point that the NFL has taken a left turn. Kneeling for the National Anthem, bowing to political correctness, providing platforms for divisive conduct etc. The league is a sham of its former self. I stopped watching 3 years ago and will have nothing more to do with the NFL. Let them play to empty stadiums and leave their products on store shelves. They might get the message.

  19. Obviously, it’s upper management in the Packers organization who officially makes the decision on where donation $ go. Would appear that CCma’s has pull with someone on the Packers management team. I wonder how many Packer players know anything about this other than a few that may serve as reps or have input to this management team? Looks like the GB Packers Foundation found over 30 yrs. ago needs to revise their mission statement!

  20. This is the day that the greatest Green Bay Packer of them all is crying in his grave , when his beloved from his philosophy of playing and living above your ability to just die if you are not inconneconvent . The society that has made it convenient to terminate life would make Coach Labardi repulsed thanks planned Parenthood you loving founder Margret Sanger has been more successful than her hero Adolf Hitler enjoy your lack of your actions that this has caused. What is cool today will not be be seen as evil it is slavery is a great example

  21. All the more reason not to like the packers! Americans (HUMANS) let this sink in…. you want abortions then you are murderers of innocent defenseless young lives! THAT IS NOT GODS WAY

  22. Either they: 1. Don’t care about where their money realy goes, 2. They are pro-abortion, or 3. They need some serious education. I would hope for the latter, but I have my doubts.
