(Tea Party 247) – During a powerful monologue on his Tuesday evening program, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson shared some groundbreaking insight pointing to a possible cover-up on the part of the World Health Organization in the early days of the coronavirus outbreak and the American media’s willful ignorance to this very thing.
Carlson explained that the WHO Director-General, Tedros Adhanom, “got his job with Chinese support after he covered up cholera outbreaks in his home country” of Egypt.
Tedros has denied these allegations, which centered around claims that he’d downplayed cholera epidemics in Ethiopia in 2006, 2009, and 2011 by dismissing them as simply “acute watery diarrhea,” itself a symptom of cholera.
Later, the United Nations said that if the outbreaks had been properly labeled, more lives could have been saved.
Carlson next accused Adhanom of setting the standard for corruption at the WHO when they congratulated China for their “speedy” response to the virus in late January while ignoring the widespread evidence that China covered-up the outbreak for over a month as well as lying about how severe it was and shutting up anyone in their country who dared try to warn the rest of the world.
He played a clip from Australian 60 minutes featuring an expert that explained China knew that COVID-19 was transmitted human to human back in December.
“Everything you just heard him say there was a lie,” said Carlson of Adhanom.
Infowars notes that they previously reported that, on January 14th, the WHO promoted these false claims, declaring that no human to human transmission of the virus had occurred.

“So the World Health Organization’s leadership tells you that China ‘set the standard’ for the response to the outbreak, apparently that standard includes disappearing doctors who tell the truth about it,” Carlson explained.
Ai Fen is one such doctor, who was serving as the head of emergencies at Wuhan central hospital during the outbreak. She claimed that Beijing stopped her from warning the world of the virus before she disappeared.
Her whereabouts are still unknown.
Tucker went on to point out that, even as late as mid-February, officials in the United States seemed more concerned about political correctness than they did in stopping the spread of the virus. This, with the full support of the recklessly ideological mainstream media complex.
“In early February, the director of the World Health Organization was still lecturing the public that using terms like ‘Wuhan virus’ was racist,” said Carlson. He then played a clip of Adhanom from February 11 where he declared that it was “stigmatizing” to refer to the virus by its country of origin.
“You might think that the World Health Organization, a group that got $58 million of your tax dollars last year might care that a government arrests doctors and lies about deadly new diseases, but no, like so many other organizations they are lapdogs for the powerful and that means their real job is sucking up to the Chinese government,” concluded Carlson.
